A decade after gene therapy, children born with deadly immune disorder remain healthy

UCLA microbiology, immunology and molecular genetics professor Dr. Donald Kohn and his colleagues recently published a study that examined the results of a gene therapy they pioneered to treat children born with a rare and deadly immune system disorder.
