Today, the L.A. Times reports on the Trump administration’s decision to drop its appeal of a November court order that blocked its proposal for a $1.2-billion UCLA settlement related to alleged civil rights violations.
Although the administration has dropped its appeal, it continues to investigate the UC system and of other campuses as part of its broader efforts to reshape higher education.
