Noble Family Innovation Fund Seminar Series: Improving the taste and texture of lab-made meat

As one of the inaugural awardees of the California NanoSystems Institute’s Noble Family Innovation Fund, associate professor of integrative biology and physiology, Amy Rowat, will give a brief presentation about the research her lab is undertaking to create a better-tasting, lab-grown meat, in hopes of reducing the environmental burden of livestock farming.
