10 Questions: How do we begin? is a UCLA Arts public event series that brings together some of the most compelling thinkers from UCLA and beyond– including four of UCLA Life Sciences faculty– to lend their perspectives and inspire actions we can take to address the kinds of personal, familial, communal, and global healing that is called for in this moment. These free, online events will be held on Mondays at 7 p.m. PST.

UCLA professor of psychology, and developmental neuroscientist, Adriana Galván joins assembly member, public policy expert, and social justice scholar Isaac Bryan; artist Lauren Lee McCarthy; and Victoria Marks, professor in the UCLA Department of World Arts and Cultures/Dance, to explore the question “Who are we?”

 

October 4, 2021 “How do we begin?”

UCLA professor of society and genetics, and genetic counselor Christina Palmer joins public health educator Ping Ho; interdisciplinary artist Sylvan Oswald; and Victoria Marks, professor in the UCLA Department of World Arts and Cultures/Dance, to explore the question “How do we begin?”
